Dato Sri Darren Yaw is the founder of Darren Yaw Malaysia Kindergarten and Darren Yaw Cambodia Kindergarten. Both Kindergarten was established in 2020 and 2022 respectively. During his childhood, due to poverty, he didn’t have the opportunity to attend kindergarten which made it hard to catch up with other kids in primary school. Hence, knowing how childhood education is important for a kid, his mission is to create the best learning environment for every little kid.
Dato Sri Darren Yaw was born in 1965 and raised in Malaysia. He later went to Cambodia to start his business. Growing up from an indigent family, Dato Sri Darren Yaw wasn’t able to receive proper education during his childhood. He skipped kindergarten and went to primary school directly. After finishing his secondary education, he came out to work immediately without proceeding to tertiary education.
Dato Sri Darren Yaw has worked different jobs before starting his own business. He used to work as a waiter in a cafe and restaurant, a salesman, cashier etc,. In 2015, when he was working in a high class restaurant, that is when he met his nobleman, Mr Acharya. He was working for Mr Acharya as his assistant.
In 2020, with the help of Mr Acharya, Dato Sri Darren Yaw officially established the first kindergarten in Cambodia and named it as Darren Yaw Cambodia Kindergarten.
In 2022, Dato Sri Darren Yaw established the second kindergarten in hometown, Malaysia named Darren Yaw Malaysia Kindergarten.
